Work with me as your mentor and advisor

I tailor my mentoring and advisory support to empower you and/or your team on your journey for more equitable, human-centered research and creativity practice.

I can also help you and your team apply what we develop together in our workshops, lectures, or research and evaluation capacity strengthening, through a learn-by-doing model.

I offer 1-off hourly sessions as well as 3-6 month packages.

In the 1-off sessions, I can provide feedback on work-in-progress, advice on research or evaluation plan or strategy development, and guidance on data collection and interpretation.

What others are saying

Every time I worked with Karen, it was like having the highest quality of personal tutors. Throughout my whole time at university and in my career, I’ve never had a better teacher or mentor. She has the unique ability to ask questions that cut through to the core of what you’re trying to achieve. This approach challenged me so I genuinely learnt something new for the first time in a long time.
